Receiving Reverse Mentoring

Reverse Mentoring is the practice of using trained junior or younger staff or people in your organisation to mentor senior colleagues.

It helps develop organisations, procedures, policies, ethos and can assist with making an organisation more reflective of the views of their younger generations.

This two-part course has been put together to assist the senior mentees in receiving mentoring from a more junior mentor. Covering the structure of the mentoring conversation, mindset, unconscious bias and also ways that a senior mentee can support a reverse mentor.
