Suitable for: those looking to use their experience to guide and advise peers in a workplace setting whilst evidencing professional development.

Course overview: Learners gain an understanding of the fundamental principles which underpin mentoring. Topics include maintaining healthy boundaries, the responsibilities of their role, and how to effectively use their personal experiences to guide and advise another.  

The course consists of 8 modules which can be completed virtually, either as an individual or as part of an organisation’s wider mentoring programme provision. For businesses considering establishing a mentoring programme as part of their employee development and support pathways, we are able to further tailor the content and delivery of this course in order to best meet your unique requirements. Duration: 2 months

Cost: £360 per learner, however this can be broken down into 3 payments of £120. There are also group discounts available for 8 or more learners (which we calculate when we have a firm grasp of numbers).
