Course Title: Career and Employability Mentor Qualification

Level: 3

Suitable for: Managers, team leaders and organisation mentors who are looking to use their career experience to support and develop others.

Course overview: This training teaches learners to recognise the skills of their mentees, guiding them to identify possible knowledge gaps and how best to address them for career growth. All learners are fully supported by our dedicated team throughout their course if they have any questions/issues.

Duration: estimated 30-50 hours to complete (including final portfolio assignment), which can be spread out across a few months or condensed and accelerated depending on the learner.

Cost: £800 + VAT per learner (£960 total), however this can be broken down into payment plans of £160 per month for 6 months. There are also group discounts available for 8 or more learners (which we calculate when we have a firm grasp of numbers).
