A Level 3 qualification for those mentoring new or early career legal professionals. Leads to a Workplace Mentoring Qualification.
The course is delivered in 15 minute pre-recorded units with associated activities to help mentors develop the skills and embed the learning. Support is available by phone or email. Learners are also invited to monthly live support calls with tutors to provide support and answer queries.
