These specialised mentor training courses are geared towards a specific sector to develop high level skills and a deep understanding of best practice. They are designed for experienced mentors, with learners required to have previously completed a Level 3 (Practitioner) qualification.

Learners will cover a series of core modules which go into depth on the theories and research which shapes mentoring, followed by a specialisation module to further enhance your holistic understanding of mentoring. This includes exploring additional factors which can impact mentoring, and considered reflection of how they can influence your own practice.
