The Mentoring with Coaching Qualification was designed for managers and team leaders who are looking to grow their supportive leadership skills. This course helps to develop a management approach which improves the experience, effectiveness and engagement of teams.
CNBC reported that 91% of workers who have a mentor report being happy in their job, including 57% who are ‘very satisfied’, whilst among those who don’t have a mentor this drops by double digits. Clearly then, access to appropriate support can have a profound impact on worker experiences.
Course overview
This training teaches a combined mentoring and coaching skill set, to enhance learner’s leadership skills with dynamic approaches which can be adapted to best suit their situation. They will be able to recognise the skills of their team members, identify possible knowledge gaps and understand best practice on how best to address them.
Managers grow their ability to recognise and adapt to their team learning styles and mindsets for constructive responses to challenges. By covering coaching and mentoring, learners are able to appreciate and differentiate between these approaches, and so choose the best one for their situation. Operating within a mental health led framework, the specialist course places an emphasis on sustainable progress.

The course is delivered virtually in 15-minute pre-recorded units with associated activities and a final portfolio, allowing learners to complete modules This course takes an average of 30-50 hours to complete (including final portfolio assignment), which can be spread out over a few months or condensed and accelerated depending on the learner.

You can access the course materials anytime, anywhere, allowing you to fit your learning around your commitments. Cost
£950 + VAT per learner (£1,140 total), however this can be broken down into payment plans of £190 per month for 6 months. There are also group discounts available for 10 or more learners (which we calculate when we have a firm grasp of numbers).
