Scaling a mentoring scheme is an amazing experience, however is also fraught with pitfalls and risks. Based on our experience of expanding mentoring schemes, the cost if everything is bought separately equates to £18,865 (assuming that nothing needs repeating and that everyone can attend the same training sessions).

The Mentoring Scaling+ Masterplan costs £950 + VAT every 4 weeks over a minimum period of 10 months, and includes everything above that you need to access to set up your mentoring scheme (monthly payments cease after completion of Stage 8).
