We offer several flexible payment options. You can pay via PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card directly through our billing page. Alternatively, we can issue an invoice for bank transfer payments—simply select the “Invoice” option at checkout.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Most of our Practitioner and Advanced courses have an interest-free payment plan option. For example, our Level 3 courses can often be broken down into monthly payments of £238 (inc. VAT) over six months.

Do you work with organisations?

Absolutely! Whether you are looking to launch a mentoring programme, or simply want to train your teams in mentoring skills, we are here to help. We offer a wide range of courses with the option of live online and in-person training, as well as the ability to personalise module content to match your specific goals and requirements.

We also provide ‘train the trainer’ programmes, whereby we teach your inhouse teams to deliver mentoring courses themselves. Check out our ‘For Organisations’ tab to find out more about how we can work together, or feel free to get in touch with any questions.

Course Content & Levels

What sectors do your mentoring courses cover?

We provide specialist practitioner qualifications for Education (Primary, Secondary, FE, and SEND), Business & Enterprise, Healthcare, Legal, Apprenticeships, and Employability. Each pathway is tailored to the specific legal, ethical, and practical challenges of that sector.

How long does a mentoring qualification take to complete?

Duration varies by level. Our Free courses take approximately 2–3 hours, while our Practitioner (Level 3) courses typically take 30–50 hours. Because our learning is on-demand, you can condensed or spread out your study to fit your personal schedule.

Do I need any previous qualifications to start?

There are no prerequisite qualifications for any of our courses up to and including Level 3 (Practitioner). We have designed our training to be accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced professionals. However, you must have a Level 3 qualification to enrol on a Level 4 (Advanced) course.

What does "on-demand" learning look like?

Our courses are delivered through a series of 15-minute pre-recorded video units and associated activities. This “micro-learning” approach allows you to work through the materials anytime, anywhere, via your personal learning portal.

Do you do in person/live training?

Some specific courses are conducted in a live online format with arranged training dates. These are clearly marked in the course catalogue, along with the exact dates and timings.

In person and live online training options are also available as an option for organisations looking to arrange training for groups of 10 or more. This could be as part of a business mentoring programme, mentor leadership training, or a skills refresh, with our partnership approach ensuring you have a bespoke experience. If this is something that you are interested in, please get in touch with the main office to discuss exactly what you are looking for.
