As an experienced mentor you are no doubt already aware of the impact which your practice can have, however you may find yourself wondering what the next step for your development is. 8 in 10 people say that learning adds purpose to their work, so being able to continue doing so is vital.
Advanced qualifications are the highest level accreditation available, with successful completion placing you amongst an elite group of mentoring professionals. Advanced courses not only further expand your sector specific expertise, but also give your the opportunity to contribute the research and literature which forms and advises the evolution of mentoring practice.
Participants will cover a series of core modules which go into depth on the theories and research which currently shape mentoring, followed by a specialisation module to further enhance your holistic understanding of mentoring. This includes exploring additional factors which can impact mentoring, and demonstrating considered reflection of how they can influence your own practice.
You will also have the opportunity to complete a research project on a topic of your choice, including undertaking, applying and analysing the impact of your research.
