Course Overview
This training enhances the ability of professional mentors to work with business executives as they seek new opportunities for their organisation. Learners guide mentees through self-reflection to identify possible knowledge gaps and the resulting challenges. They then confidently enable the mentee to consider how best to address these for business and personal growth.
From talent attraction and retention to team identity, cultural resets, and peer interaction, mentors draw from their career and life experiences to advise and support their mentees in strategizing solutions. Course participants grow their ability to identify and adapt to mentee learning styles and mindsets for constructive career development planning. Operating within a mental health led framework, the specialist course covers up to date good practice skills with an emphasis on sustainable progress.

This course takes an average of 30-50 hours to complete (including final portfolio assignment), which can be spread out over a few months or condensed and accelerated depending on the learner.

The course is delivered virtually in 15-minute pre-recorded units with associated activities and a final portfolio. You can access the course materials anytime, anywhere, allowing you to fit your learning around your commitments. Cost
£3995 inc. VAT per learner, however this can be broken down into payment plans of £499.38 per month for 8 months. There are also group discounts available for 10 or more learners (which we calculate when we have a firm grasp of numbers).
