This level 4 course is designed for those who train, guide and mentor apprentices, whether as a direct line manager, a team leader overseeing placements, or as a wider programme support team member. The UK Government reported that in 2024/25, higher apprenticeship starts increased by 11%. This means that being able to provide equally advanced support is becoming increasingly important.
Please note: for the Advanced Apprentice Mentoring course, participants are required to have previously completed a Level 3 (Practitioner) qualification.
