This level 1 course is designed to give you a solid grasp of the foundations of mentoring theory, and guide you to think about how this could present in practice. Topics include understanding what exactly is meant by mentoring, the basics of establishing positive mentoring relationships, and considering your own reactions to situations.
The Introduction to Mentoring course consists of 6 modules which can be completed virtually, either as an individual or as part of an organisation’s wider mentoring programme provision, with assessment through online quizzes.
